1. General
1.1 This agreement governs your use of the The Political Bandwagon's Internet Sales forum (the "Service"), which is operated by ThePoliticalBandwagon.com, a unit of The Political Bandwagon Newspaper ("PB"). This agreement, together with any such additional term and conditions, are referred to as this "Agreement."

1.2 The 3-D objects, buttons, pins, lapels, sculptures, toys, and other such items that are on sales blocks in thepoliticalbandwagon.com's sales section (the "Items"), are represented by pictures that were taken at the time of their posting and all items are in very fine condition or better unless otherwise noted.

2. Avalibility
2.1 The pictures stay posted until the Webmaster is notified by the seller that the item is out of stock. It may arise to persons beliving that items are for sale when they are not in stock. PB does not guarantee the avalibility of any Items posted and will remove and or mark that the Item is no longer avalible. If an Item is not in stock the Purchaser will not be billed for said Item, but will only be billed for the other Items that were ordered and are in stock. All Items are subject to prior sale.

3. Shipping
3.1 PB delivers Items in approximitally 3 to 7 buisness days of receipt of payment. Items will be packed and packaged in the most efficiently and safest way possible. However, PB is not responsible for uninsured items that are lost, damaged, misplaced, late, or another situations that may arrise during shipping of such Items.
